This Price Includes:

· In and outbound group transfers (airport-hotel-airport), in St. Petersburg and Moscow. For individual request please consult.
· Accommodation at the planned hotels or similar, in twin or double premium /premier rooms (double single use rooms with supplement) with shower/bath, accommodation and breakfast included.
· Entrances to the following sites
- St. Petersburg: exclusive morning visit Peterhoff (Grand Palace, parks), Hydrofoil (business class), General Staff Building, VIP excursion at Fabergé Museum, Early access St. Isaac's & Colonnade, Private cruise along small rivers and canals (VIP boat), Catering service on board (local sparkling wine, red caviar canapés), Marble Palace, Grand Duke Vladimir Palace, St. Nicolas Church choir concert, Evening Hermitage with exclusive Peacock demonstration, Night cruise along the Neva

Fees and payment:

· Non refundable deposit of 3.000 € per person before 5 October 2018 .
· Second deposit of 3.000€ per person before 15 January 2019.
· Final payment before 31 March 2019.

Cancellation policies above the minimum number of participants

Any cancellations of participants will be made in writing and received by Around Art

Any cancellations of participants will be made in writing and received by Around Art after the reservation is subject to cancellation fee of 25% of the total amount of the trip, unless he/she is substituted by another person.

Any cancellation made within 192-132 days prior to arrival is subject to cancellation fee of 40% of the whole stay, unless he/she is substituted by another person.

Any cancellation made within 131-72 days prior to arrival is subject to cancellation fee of 50% of the whole stay, unless he/she is substituted by another person.

Any cancellation made within 71-42 days prior to arrival is subject to cancellation fee of 60% of the whole stay, unless he/she is substituted by another person.

Any cancellation made within 41-31 days prior to arrival is subject to cancellation fee of 85% of the whole stay, unless he/she is substituted by another person.

Any cancellation made less than 30 days prior to arrival /and NO SHOW- cancellation fee of 100% of the whole stay, unless he/she is substituted by another person.
